İkimiz — Cookies and SDKs

The mobile app has no cookies
The İkimiz mobile app doesn't use cookies. Only the following is stored on your device:

None of this is used for advertising. The app lock PIN never leaves your device. All of these are strictly necessary for the app to work, so under EU ePrivacy rules they don't need consent.

Error logs sent to Sentry never contain what you write; only technical information and your user ID. Usage events stay on our own server; they are linked to your account and couple ID but carry no personal content, and they are not sent to any third-party analytics company. App versions before 1.4.0 send these events to PostHog (EU).
Ads and tracking
- If you have İkimiz+, the ad SDK is never loaded.
- In the free tier, a rewarded ad is shown only when you start it. In-page (banner) ads may be added later; interstitial ads are currently switched off.
- On iOS, the system permission prompt (App Tracking Transparency) appears before the advertising ID is accessed.
- In Europe, Google's consent form is shown.
- If you don't allow it, ads are requested without personalisation and the app works the same.
Website
ikimizapp.com uses only strictly necessary technical cookies. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Withdrawing consent
In Me › Data and privacy › Consent you can turn off AI and personalised ads, and the "Share usage data" switch, at any time. The related features stop; the rest of the app keeps working.
